NFL Teams Busy Evaluating Up and Down, Top to Bottom and Side-to-Side

Perhaps a Good Time for Evaluation, No?

What happened to preseason evaluation? Isn't that was those draft day war rooms and training camp are for? Apparently, taking a look at your roster and "evaluating everyone" from "top to bottom" is all the rage these days in the NFL.

The Browns are doing it. Jim Mora and the Seahawks are doing it.
The Redskins have already done it. Apparently, nobody looks at their team prior to the season and evaluates. Nope, it's only when your team comes out of the gate and sucks ass that management and coaches start thinking about assessing their players and talent.

Maybe the Jets need to start re-evaluating some stuff from top-to-bottom. I suggest starting with the kick coverage unit.
